Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS

Hatrik is continuously dedicated to keeping the customer happy. We are happy to accept a return or exchange (other than custom orders) if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange. Please note we do not accept returns on any sale items or custom-orders. The cost of returns are at the expense of the customer.

  • Within Australia, returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • For international returns, claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping.

  • The product must be in their original condition, with all swing tags in their original state.

  • The product must not have been worn, washed or altered from the original state. 

  • A full refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost)

If you are within Australia, simply follow the steps below.

 RETURNS: HOW TO

  1. Email sophia@hatrik.com and you will be allocated a Returns Authorization (RA) # for your returns

  2. Upon receiving the RA# you will be notified of the return postal address. (Please understand Hatrik is not accountable for any loss of garments during the returns postage, we recommend you use a registered postal service and keep any tracking details)

  3. Once the garment is returned to Hatrik as per guidelines above, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel. The shipping costs incurred for return items are at the customer's expense, however Hatrik will ship your replacement garment back free of charge.
